2008 MIFFLIN COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY RATE STRUCTURE
PUBLIC GATE RATE: $80.00 per ton plus applicable fuel surcharge
All Cash sales regardless of business type
$10 minimum charge for 240 lbs or less
All Rates below require a charge account with the Authority:
SMALL CONTRACTOR: $70.00 per ton plus applicable fuel surcharge
(Businesses) applies to non-PaDep licensed small haulers
LARGE COMMERCIAL $62.00 per ton plus applicablefuel surcharge
(Mifflin County Waste) rate for all waste delivered from MifflinCounty
must be a PaDep Licensed Waste Hauler
LARGE COMMERCIAL $60.00 per ton plus applicable fuel surcharge
(Out-of-county waste) rate waste delivered from outside Mifflin Co
must be PaDep licensed Waste Hauler
**Rates exclude any fees initiated by another county or implemented through
PaDep which are out of the Authority’s control, during the operational year.
